- Amplify the target gene from cDNA using up to three types of polymerases for PCR.
- Incorporate the gene into a vector using TA cloning, restriction enzyme site tagging, or blunt-end methods.
- Chain length up to 2kb is standard, and sequence verification is performed with double-strand analysis.

- If the chain length exceeds 2kb, additional sequencing analysis fees may apply.
